According to @ShonenGames on X, the upcoming revival of the fan-favorite fighting game franchise, Dragon Ball Sparking: Zero, will not have a split-screen mode.

The same source, who's reportedly the game's producer, Jun Furutani, explains that it's having trouble adapting split-screen on Xbox Series S/X and PlayStation 5. While the team are trying to find a solution, fans shouldn't get their hopes up.

On one hand, the report doesn't say that the feature is NEVER coming to the game. On the other hand, why not?
