Starfield is Bethesda's most anticipated game and players are wondering when it would be ready for lift-off. It's speculated that Starfield has been delayed beyond the first half of 2023. Bethesda hasn't specified a release date for Starfield yet. But, the studio's Instagram account reveals that it will be announcing the date soon.
Bethesda's official Latin American Instagram account replied to a user's comment on a Starfield photo asking for the release date of the game. Bethesda said that it will be announcing the release date "very soon" at a "special game event. "
While it doesn't answer the question of when Starfield is coming out, at least it gives players a reason to expect a release date to come soon. Unfortunately, we don't know when this "special game event" is going to be.
The special event may be referring to the stand-alone showcase for Starfield. According to Microsoft, Bethesda will hold a separate event for Starfield, in order to have adequate time to answer questions from fans and do a deep dive into the game.
