Amnesia, a first-person survival horror adventure game franchise developed by Frictional Games, has earned its place as a staple in the modern horror gaming industry. The series remains relevant today, thanks in part to YouTuber PewDiePie's gameplay videos, which garnered millions of views and spawned numerous memes.

Amnesia: Rebirth, released in 2020, is the most recent game in the franchise. Nwo, the upcoming installment, Amnesia: The Bunker, is poised to be Frictional Games' most ambitious addition yet. However, the developers have announced a one-week delay to its release.

Originally scheduled for May 16, 2023, Amnesia: The Bunker's release has been pushed back to May 23, 2023. Frictional Games cites the need for final polishing as one reason for the delay, as explained in an official Twitter post.

Another significant factor is the highly-anticipated release of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom on May 12, 2023. In a press release, Frictional Games expressed its desire for players to enjoy all of May's game releases without feeling overwhelmed.
