All Rifts & Portal Locations In Outbreak (All Regions)

There are four rifts located at the very edge or border of each region, and you can use these to teleport to a different location while also gaining elevation. Once you go through one of these portals, you not only jump high in the sky but also get a random power-up (Insta-kill, Max Ammo, etc.).

These are useful as they give you the same functionality as a Launchpad, but in this case, it is free. Whereas to jump high in the sky, you need to spend 500 points on Launchpads for a single-use.
