American television network ABC has renewed the mockumentary sitcom, Abbott Elementary, for a third season. Craig Erwich, who serves as president of ABC, Hulu, and Disney Branded Television Streaming Originals, announced the renewal at the Television Critics Association's Winter Press Tour.
