The Pawn Takes Pawn easter egg keeps evolving and players are busy moving forward even after the reveal of the Black Ops Cold War and Zombies.
On October 22, 2020, Pawn Takes Pawn participants received a new email instructing them to go to a new Pawn Takes Pawn page, pawntakespawn.com/killingtime.
A new videotape titled ‘With the lights off’ on the Pawn Takes Pawn website that indicates that a new easter egg was also available.
When you go to the new page /killingtime, you will see a Chopper Command poster, a football, and a dartboard. You will also notice a note written to someone named Angie.
All these items on the page are clickable, except the note. When you click on each of the items, you are redirected to a new page that asks you to enter a code. It also gives you instructions on how to acquire these codes to access these pages fully.
These three items each have their own page that is accessed by clicking on them. This indicates that there are three easter eggs that you need to solve for each entry code. To acquire these codes, you must head into Call of Duty: Mobile.
You can either install it on your phone or download the official Gameloop emulator on your PC. Note that the codes are random for each person, and once it is redeemed, the other person cannot use it, of course.

Chopper Command Puzzle
When you click on the Chopper Command poster on /killingtime, you will be redirected to /slashandburn. That page asks you to enter a code with instructions on how to acquire the code.
Easter Egg Steps
- Go to the bunker lobby by clicking on the bunker entrance on the Call of Duty: Mobile main menu screen.
- Pick u one of the glowsticks scattered around the lobby.
- Go to the Chopper Command poster and melee it using the glowsticks.
- Go to the Pawn poster just opposite of the Chopper Command poster and melee it. These posters will burn away upon hitting them.
- You will get a ‘Secret Code’ on your screen with your entry code.
Now you can go back to the /slashandburn page and enter the code that you got in-game. Upon entering the code, you will get full access to the page showing you a transmission document that seems to be related to the Black Ops Cold War campaign.
You will also get a new achievement called ‘Beneath the Surface’ with a link to get a redeem code for a reward that you can get in COD: Mobile.
When you click on the redeem link, you will be redirected to a link with a redeem code and another link at the bottom of the page where you can enter that redeem code.
You will also be asked to enter your COD: Mobile UID. UID is a unique COD: Mobile ID that is different for each player.
You can find the UID by going to your profile settings in COD: Mobile. It is the same steps to redeem for all the other codes as well. The only thing different is acquiring the page entry codes in-game.

Dartboard Puzzle
Clicking on the Dartboard on /killingtime lands you on another pawn takes pawn page, /pointandshoot asking for the code with instructions on how to acquire the code.
Easter Egg Steps
- Go to the bunker lobby by clicking on the bunker entrance on the Call of Duty: Mobile main menu screen.
- Go to the dartboard game to the left side of the lobby and play it.
- Select ‘Practice Mode.’
- Get all 3’s on the dartboard in a row. That should be a total of five 3’s.
After getting all 3’s on the board, you will get a code. Go back to /pointandshoot and enter the code. You will get another transmission with a new achievement called ‘Sure Shot.’
Dartboard Puzzle Rewards
Football Puzzle
Upon clicking on the Football on /killingtime, you will be redirected to /shotongoal and once again prompted to enter a code. To get this entry code, you need to knock over four bottles placed in specific spots around the Bunker lobby in COD: Mobile. You need to knock them over using the footballs placed nearby.
You must follow a certain order when knocking over these bottles, or else it won’t work.
Easter Egg Steps
- Go to the bunker lobby by clicking on the bunker entrance on the Call of Duty: Mobile main menu screen.
- First knock the bottle near the Bunker entrance.
- Knock the bottle by the bar.
- Knock the bottle at the back of the lobby by a small set of stairs.
- Knock the bottle at the back of the lobby next to some wooden crates.
If a bottle is not getting knocked over, you are going in the wrong order or have missed one of the bottles. You will get a code once you’ve successfully knocked all four bottles.
You can enter the code on /shotongoal and access the full page that shows you a note written by someone talking about the bigger threat – Perseus. Perseus is the main antagonist in the upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War campaign.
You will also get two more achievements called ‘Foot Soldier’ and ‘Overachiever.’ Both these achievements provide a link to claim your reward as well.
The ‘Foot Soldier’ achievement is associated with the football easter egg solution and ‘Overachiever’ is for completing all three easter eggs.
