Let Them Come: Onslaught, by Fortnite support studio, gets teaser trailer

Tuatara Games promised that it will soon make a demo of its latest game available for the public to check out.

Let Them Come: Onslaught is still in development and a release date hasn't been announced yet.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past several years, you’ve probably heard of Fortnite and its developers, Epic Games. But, while most of us know the game and its makers, very few are aware that Epic isn’t a one-man studio.

To help with its continued development of Fortnite, Epic employes support studios, including Tuatara Games.

Apart from Fortnite, Tuatara Games has also provided support for other titles like Valorant and Godfall. The studio has also made its own game before, Bare Butt Boxing.

Now, the studio is making another foray into game development with Let Them Come: Onslaught. Tuatara Games released a brief teaser trailer of the game on YouTube that gave us an idea of what to expect from the game, which follows the story of a lone player who must fight against all odds to survive.

Let Them Come: Onslaught will follow the lone survivor of a shipwreck on an unfamiliar planet with hostile aliens.

From what we can see, Let Them Come: Onslaught will involve exactly what was advertised – an onslaught. The trailer sees the said lone figure trying to do what seems impossible and fight his way through a horde of enemies. Thankfully, he’s got a ton of weapons at his disposal, including a flamethrower, laser beam, auto-gun, electric grenade, and orbital strikes, although they don’t seem to make his task any less impossible. Fortunately, there are other upgrades the player can use to gain an advantage, including increased health, shields, and defense.

Let Them Come: Onslaught does not have a release date at the moment, but Tuatara Games promises that a demo will be available soon. It will cost $4.99 for the regular version, with the studio yet to announce what other versions will exist and their prices.

Apart from its release date, we also do not know which consoles the game will be available on. One thing we can say for sure is that it will be available on PC via Steam. If you are interested, you can wishlist it here.

By the way, if you play Fortnite and you live in the UK or Canada, you should brace up as the price of V-Bucks is set to increase. Epic Games announced this development a few weeks ago and we surmise it is a response to rising inflation in the gaming industry.
