Zazie Beetz is reportedly set to reprise her role as Domino in Deadpool 3

Zazie Beetz starred in Deadpool 2 as Domino, a mutant mercenary that can control luck.

After Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman confirmed their roles as Deadpool and Wolverine, respectively, in Deadpool 3, Zazie Beetz looks to be next in line for a return.

You could say that Zazie Beetz is about to "luck" her way into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Zazie Beetz was one of the standouts from Deadpool 2 after joining the X-Force, a ragtag bunch of superpowered beings formed by Wade Wilson. Her character, Domino, is a "lucky" person who can manipulate probability in her favor.

According to Daniel Richtman, Marvel Studios and Beetz recently sat down to talk about her return as Domino in Deadpool 3.

If this is true, Beetz will be just the third star outside of Jackman and Reynolds to come back. On the other hand, the status of several more is still in limbo. Now that Marvel Studios is in charge, it's not as easy to bring back people for Deadpool 3. Morena Baccarin, who plays the role of Vanessa, Wade Wilson's fiancée, recently confirmed that she had no info about whether she'll be in Deadpool 3.

Deadpool 3 is a big deal and for a lot more reasons than the obvious. Deadpool's third solo outing isn't just going to bring Reynolds into the MCU. But, with Jackman also confirmed, we're curious to find out if he'll be a permanent addition to the MCU or not. Most likely, this isn't the case, but you never know. Marvel Studios could just be sitting on the massive announcement that Jackman will be the MCU's choice for Wolverine.

This might sting for those who want to see Taron Egerton or Zac Efron as Wolverine, but as they say, nothing beats the original.

Zazie Beetz's Domino could have a big future in the MCU.

Ultimately, with Deadpool 3 set to premiere on September 6, 2024, we should get far more official casting news in the next few months, ahead of the film's expected filming start early next year.
