WWE 2K23 has a hidden and horrifying action figure skin of John Cena

Players digging around in the game's files found a "hidden" skin in WWE 2K23 currently inaccessible outside the MyFaction mode.

WWE 2K23 has a plethora of unlockable characters and DLC wrestlers. But, it appears the developers hid a skin in the game that transforms the 16-time WWE world champion, John Cena, into a life-size action figure of himself, complete with plastic skin and articulated joints and all.

This is what we think the exact look had on the face of John Cena when he saw his action figure skin in WWE 2K23.

Arguably the best (or, perhaps, the worst) part is the face has a singular happy expression that will haunt you later tonight when you go to sleep.

Thankfully, you can only access the "secret" John Cena skin via the MyFaction mode in WWE 2K23. In this mode, players can create and manage factions in WWE 2K23 by purchasing collectible in-game cards.

For all the nightmares it induced, the action figure John Cena skin looks great. Visual Concepts should give the creators of the now-cursed entity that they've let loose on the internet a huge bonus and a warning not to do it again.

We can't just deny how creepy the figure's unmoving smile is, especially since it has Cena's stature and physique.

The WWE 2K franchise is generally mod-friendly. So, if you're on the PC, expect to see this cursed skin modded to the other parts of WWE 2K23. It won't take long before we see these smiley-faced plastic versions of John Cena take over the internet.

Can you believe that a lot of people are asking for action figure versions of other wrestlers in WWE 2K23?

All jokes aside, WWE 2K23 has done an excellent job paying Cena homage. It's all in perfect timing too. John Cena will be at WrestleMania 39 and he's expected to have a bigger role in the WWE between now and then.
