Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty fans who can't wait to play the upcoming action role-playing game from Team Ninja will be pleased to learn that they can start their campaign before the game's scheduled release.

Game publisher Koei Tecmo announced on Twitter that it will release a demo of the game on February 24, one week before the scheduled release of the final game.

The demo will be available to play on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam and Game Pass. In addition to this, players will be able to transfer their saved data from the demo to the final game, and once they complete the demo, they will be rewarded with the "Crouching Dragon Helmet" DLC in the final game.
This will be Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty's second demo. The first was released last year on September 16 for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S and was available to play until September 26. The game follows the story of a nameless soldier who must fight against monsters and demons in a dark fantasy version of the Three Kingdoms period in China.
Similar to Team Ninja's 2017 RPG title Nioh, Wo Long is a largely linear game, but unlike Nioh, the game will have a jump button to facilitate exploration and combat. Players will also have the option of summoning a friend to aid them in battle using the co-op multiplayer mode.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty was unveiled during the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase in June of last year. The final game is scheduled to be released on March 3.
