When is Call of Duty: Warzone season 3 coming?

The upcoming Call of Duty: Warzone update, Classified Arms, will be here soon enough and it's set to bring a huge amount of content to the free-to-play shooter.

The next big Call of Duty: Warzone update is almost upon us. Activision has revealed a ton of info about what's coming to the uber-successful free-to-play battle royale shooter. Chief among the new content is the arrival of the gargantuan creatures, Godzilla and King Kong, in what's shaping up to be the game's most massive (both literal and figurative) update yet.

When Is Call Of Duty Warzone Season Coming
Operating Monarch is Activision's way of coming up big, literally.

According to Activision, Warzone Season 3, Classified Arms, will be introducing several new weapons to the game, presumably to help combat the titans headed straight to the Pacific island of Caldera. Of course, it remains to be seen if these weapons will work. But, judging from the bombs exploding all over the island, we don't think that players will be bringing a gun to a nuke fight, or so to speak.

With King Kong and Godzilla set to get their own event, Operation Monarch, Season 3 of Warzone is definitely going to bring players back in droves.

When Is Call Of Duty Warzone Season Coming
It's difficult not to get hyped from what Activision is about to do with Call of Duty: Warzone.

If all this info has gotten you hyped, you'll want to circle your calendars for April 27. As per the usual, Warzone Season 3 should roll out after Classified Arms goes live in Call of Duty: Vanguard. Specifically, Warzone's latest update will be up by 9:00 AM PT / 12:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM UK, so be sure to set your alarms.

Just don't forget to free up some space on your preferred gaming platform's storage. Call of Duty: Warzone is already one of the biggest games in terms of file size and the new season isn't going to help at all.

Speaking of Call of Duty, Activision has yet to address the rumors that Infinity Ward will start playtesting Modern Warfare 2 later this week. Infinity Ward is currently working on Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2. Activision is expected to release the latter this year.
