Naoki Yoshida, the producer of Final Fantasy XIV and XVI, will be in attendance for a "very special live presentation."

If this isn't a confirmation of an FF16 trailer being shown off by next week, we don't know what is.

With that said, fans can tune in on December 8 at 7:30 PM ET / 4:30 PM PT to know more of the reason why Yoshida will be at this year's The Game Awards.

Final Fantasy XVI marks Yoshi-P's first time as a producer of a mainline installment to the JRPG franchise.

If Yoshi-P can find a way to bring some of that magic from the popular MMORPG, FF16 is going to be huge for the future of FInal Fantasy.
