In a recent interview, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot made a statement suggesting toxicity is necessary for video game companies.

Ubisoft has been subjected to multiple reports of toxicity in its ranks in recent years.
While the company has made great progress on that front, according to reports, concerns have not been assuaged entirely.
Guillemot should know better by now than to say anything that might suggest that he is in full support of toxicity.
For what it's worth, Ubisoft is in the middle of working on a lot of highly anticipated titles such as Skull & Bones as well as Assassin's Creed Mirage.
