The hype created by Summer Game Fest 2021 and E3 2021 can certainly overshadow some of the announcements related to other games.

As entertaining and exciting as the "main" announcements during these events are, we should not forget that updates to older games still exist.

Speaking of, did you know that the next-gen Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order update is available already?

Respawn Entertainment's Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order was released in 2019 with positive reviews from the gamers.

It's been two years since, and we've heard nothing about a sequel outside of leaks, until recently.

A surprise announcement was posted on EA's official website confirming the next-gen Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order benefits from the powerful hardware of the Xbox Series S/X and PlayStation 5.

With this new update you can expect faster loading times, higher resolution assets and textures.

Just like any other other next-gen enhanced titles this game also offers a Performance Mode that delivers 60 FPS at 1440p and 30 FPS at 4K Resolution.

The only exception is the Xbox Series S, which is limited to 60 FPS at 1080p resolution.

The best part about the next-gen Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is that it comes as a free upgrade for those who already own the game on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
