The narrative-driven horror game has aged quite well and doesn't necessarily need a remake.

But, if you believe the rumors, Supermassive Games is working on a remake of the 2015 title alongside its other The Dark Pictures projects.

Sources claim that Supermassive will bring back Until Dawn for "current-gen consoles."

The interesting part here is that the rumors imply that the Until Dawn remake could be released for non-PlayStation platforms.

Although this is unlikely as Sony still owns the IP, stranger things have happened lately.

Of course, this is all speculation as we're still waiting on an actual confirmation from Sony or Supermassive.
