Reports suggest that a Horizon VR game for PSVR 2 is in development

Guerilla Games' Horizon series is set in a fascinating world.

This makes the series prime material for spin-off titles, if not a movie or a TV series.

With that said, it appears that Firesprite is working on a VR game set in the Horizon universe.

Eagle-eyed observers noticed interesting job listings for four interesting games on Firesprite's website.

One of these listings was particularly exciting.

It describes the project as a VR game "adapted from one of the most original and successful multimillion-selling console IP titles in the last 10 years."

Nowhere does the listing mention the Horizon games.

However, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to tell what the description is talking about.

Nick Baker also mentioned that insider sources have told him that Firesprite is indeed working on a Horizon VR game.

The game will also reportedly be exclusive to the PSVR 2 headset.

If this is true, then it would make a lot of sense given the series' popularity.

In addition to the unannounced Horizon VR game, Firesprite is also working on multiple projects.

It appears that Sony isn't taking its sweet time taking advantage of its latest studio acquisition.

It will definitely be interesting to see how a Horizon VR game would work.

What's sure is that a Horizon VR game would be a great way to sell PSVR 2.

Here's hoping that Sony reveals more about the unannounced Horizon VR game soon.
