Phil Spencer "reevaluating" relationship with Activision Blizzard

The recent bombshell allegations against Activision-Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick are starting to bring in the pressure.

After employees staged a walkout and demanded the executive's resignation, other major players in the industry are speaking out.

Among the first is Phil Spencer, head of Xbox.

Spencer sent out an email to Xbox staff late last week regarding the new allegations.

He and fellow leadership personnel are "disturbed and deeply troubled by the horrific events and actions".

More to the point, Spencer stated that he and Xbox leadership are "evaluating all aspects of our relationship with Activision Blizzard and making ongoing proactive adjustments".

The Activision-Blizzard board of directors came out in support of Kotick after the major Wall Street Journal report.

We'll have to see if mounting pressure changes that.
