Official FIFA 22 reveal includes HyperMotion technology and price increase

On July 11, EA unveiled FIFA 22 for the first time with an official trailer.

The studio also confirmed that FIFA 22 is going to release on both last-gen and current-gen consoles on October 1.

To no one's surprise, the PS5 and Xbox Series S/X versions of FIFA 22 will have exclusive features.

The trailer highlighted one of the key features of the upcoming soccer simulation game.

HyperMotion is a next-gen exclusive tech that uses a combination of "Advanced 11v11 Match Capture" with  machine learning & results in realistic movement and action.

Unfortunately, while the trailer does imply that the actual game could look as good as the video does, it doesn't feature any actual gameplay footage.

On top of the official FIFA 22 reveal trailer, EA also let fans know what to expect from FIFA 22.

Along with the trailer, EA also announced that fans can start pre-ordering the game right away.

EA revealed FIFA 22's cover athlete earlier this week too. Kylian Mbappe will serve as the cover player on all versions of FIFA 22.

With FIFA 22 expected to release on October 1, EA should start revealing more about FIFA 22 in the next few weeks, probably around August, similar to FIFA 21.
