New The Suicide Squad poster warns audiences of a high death toll

By Ray Ampoloquio August 2, 2021

It appears that The Suicide Squad not only features a large cast of characters, but the movie will also have a much higher death toll than the 2016 movie.

This is what the studio is teasing with the latest The Suicide Poster uploaded on the film's social media accounts.

DC and Warner Bros. gave Gunn free reigns with his own version of the movie that revolves around Task Force X and it's safe to say that he hasn't disappointed.

At one point, The Suicide Squad held a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, which is no easy feat

With that said, Gunn might have gotten a bit too trigger-happy with who he's going to take down in The Suicide Squad.

With a tagline of "Don't get too attached", you can't help but feel excited about the prospect of seeing exactly just how high of a body count The Suicide Squad will have.

Of course, this could all just be a marketing ploy.

Either way, we can only know for sure once The Suicide Squad premieres in the United States on August 5, 2021.
