New Black Panther: Wakanda Forever set photos have surfaced

By Ray Ampoloquio August 26, 2021

The filming of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has begun.

This means that there's going to be a constant stream of set photos from the film, just like what we have now.

The leaked set photos show both Shuri and Okoye visiting MIT.

For those that don't know, the prestigious US university has a significant place in the MCU.

Tony Stark is an alumni of the MIT where he occasionally comes back to make speeches as part of his September Foundation.

MIT is also where Tony Stark gave one of his speeches in the MCU, which inadvertedly led to the origin story of Mysterio.

Finally, MIT is also where Riri Williams goes to school, who, in the comics, is known as Ironheart.

True enough, another set of leaked photos shows Riri Williams' actress in a campus that appears to be MIT.

This suggests that Okoye and Shuri are there at MIT at the same time as Riri Williams is.

If this is true, then Wakanda Forever could introduce the character of Riri Williams.

Unfortunately, all we can do for now is to speculate.

Wakanda Forever isn't expected to premiere until July 2020, so it'll be a long wait to find out what happens in the film.

In the meantime, you can watch the trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Marvel fans can also look forward to watching Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings on September 3.
