Microsoft is joining other video game companies in increasing the price of their video games next year.
According to Microsoft, first-party titles will be sold for $70 starting next year.
Starfield, Redfall, and the next Forza Motorsport game will all be sold for $70.
It's interesting that Microsoft is increasing the price of its titles when they also release on the same day on the Xbox Game Pass.
It's possible Microsoft has seen this possibility and is doing this to drive up the user base of its subscription service.
We're curious to find out if the price increase will alienate the users who went with the Xbox because of its lower-priced games.
