Microsoft is giving Sony more years of Call of Duty

The gaming community is still wondering if Call of Duty will eventually become exclusive to the Xbox.

For what it's worth, Microsoft just doubled down on its intention to keep Call of Duty on the PlayStation platform for the foreseeable future.

Xbox boss, Phil Spencer, is said to have written a letter to the PlayStation head, Jim Ryan, to guarantee that Call of Duty is going to remain on PlayStation consoles for several years.

Unfortunately, "several" is not an exact term.

We know that it will be for the next three years at a minimum, but after then, who knows?

Microsoft is still in the process of closing the deal to buy the massive gaming company, Activision Blizzard.
