While most assume Microsoft wants to make Call of Duty an exclusive title to the Xbox, it appears this isn't the case.
Microsoft president Brad Smith has confirmed that it has given PlayStation a ten-year deal to keep Call of Duty on multiple platforms.
Furthermore, the said deal will include concessions to make sure the regulators will have a way to enforce the deal.
This is Microsoft telling all the regulators and Sony it's willing to do everything in reason just to get this over with.
Unfortunately, it remains to be seen if Microsoft's recent move will be enough to guarantee it gets Activision Blizzard in the next year.
Regardless of circumstances, Microsoft is confident that the deal will push through right aroudn the second half of next year.
