Margot Robbie to star in Ocean's Eleven prequel film

Nearly four years after the ensemble all-female spin-off, Ocean's 8, came out in June 2018, Warner Bros. is working on a prequel starring Margot Robbie. FULL ARTICLE

Robbie will star and produce the upcoming Ocean's prequel with Tom Ackerley.

In addition, the film will see Robbie reunite with Jay Roach after working together on 2019's Bombshell.

The report adds that, while the movie is in active development, Warner Bros. still has not greenlit it yet.

If all goes well, the project will begin production in spring 2023.
