Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is a big Hollywood star that usually does action films.
To film these movies effectively, production companies have to use prop guns.

However, it appears that Johnson wants Seven Bucks Productions to start using "rubber gullets" going forward.
Johnson's stance comes following the tragic on-set shooting that occurred in Alec Baldwin's upcoming film, Rust.
Johnson's move is a big one considering his stature in Hollywood and how often he stars in action films.
It will be interesting to see if other actors and production companies, as well as studio executives, will follow suit.
