Jason Schreier confirms Tom Henderson's GTA 6 leaks

By Ray Ampoloquio July 4, 2021

Rockstar Games has yet to officially confirm that Grand Theft Auto 6 exists.

Rockstar's silence hasn't stopped leaks and rumors from popping up. If anything, the silence only added to them.

Tom Henderson recently discussed how he came across information concerning Grand Theft Auto 6.

He mentioned that GTA 6 won't be set in a sprawling world as earlier leaks suggested.

Instead, GTA 6 will be set in modern-day Vice City.

Tom also shared that audiences shouldn't expect GTA 6 to release anytime soon. In fact, he claims that GTA 6 probably won't release until after 2025.

Jason Schreier, formerly of Kotaku, took to Twitter to confirm everything that Tom has said.

In a reply to a Twitter thread, Jason says, "Idk why everyone thinks that I said GTA VI was coming in 2023. Everything Tom Henderson has said about the game matches up with what I've heard."

Of course, this isn't a confirmation. It just means that whatever Jason knows about GTA 6 is the same thing that Tom knows too.
