Fans spot Disney Classic Games Collection being rated by ESRB
By Ray Ampoloquio August 18, 2021
As far as leaks go, no source is more credible than the ESRB.
The Entertainment Software Rating Board has been a constant source of new game reveals.
Case in point, the ESRB just leaked info on a new collection of games that includes classic titles such as The Jungle Book, Aladdin, and The Lion King.
Unfortunately, the ESRB rating does not contain information on the release date of the Disney Classic Games Collection.
The Lion King, Aladdin, and The Jungle Book were all released for the Super Nintendo and SEGA Mega Drive decades ago.
Judging by the previous compilation, 2019's Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King, fans shouldn't expect any significant content to be added.
However, for older fans, the chance to replay these classic titles on modern platforms is more than enough.
The improved graphics and other quality of life adjustments are mere bonuses.
At the moment, Disney has yet to issue an official announcement confirming the release of the Disney Classic Games Collection.
Here's hoping that Disney decides to release even more ports of its classic video games on modern platforms.
