Crysis Remastered Trilogy comparison video showcases massive graphics upgrade

Even by today's standards, the graphics in 2007's Crysis hold up quite well.

However, up until 2020, the first game in the franchise wasn't exactly accessible on modern platforms.

This is a travesty that the Crysis Remastered Trilogy aims to solve.

While it was only natural for fans to expect a significant leap in graphics, it's still different when you finally see it in action.

While comparing the game running on the Xbox 360 versus the Xbox Series X is unfair, it does help punctuate the difference that two console generations can make.

Everything just looks so much better running on the Xbox Series X.

Crytek also confirmed that all three remastered versions of the Crysis games will run up to 60 FPS on the Xbox Series X.

The Crysis Remastered Trilogy is scheduled to arrive in fall 2021.
