Netflix's take on Resident Evil is coming soon.
With only a few weeks to go before its premiere on July 14, the streaming giant dropped new footage at this year's Netflix Geeked Week.
The latest trailer showed that it will also have gargantuan spiders and what appears to be a giant caterpillar.
Judging from what we have seen so far, Netflix is taking the established formula to create a new story.
The derivative material is a huge risk, but it could pay off in what could be the best adaptation yet of one of gaming's most beloved franchises.
