CD Projekt RED has a packed future ahead for The Witcher franchise, starting with a brand new trilogy and a handful of spin-offs.
According to CDPR, the next Witcher game, Project Polaris, is going to be a "story-driven open-world RPG built on the legacy of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt."
It will be the start of an entirely new trilogy that will launch within a six-year period.
In addition to Project Polaris and both of its sequels, Canis Majoris and Sirius are also in the works over at Molasses Flood, a new studio acquired by CD Projekt RED.
At the very least, we know that the next set of Witcher games will at least be connected to the events of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
Hopefully, we'll find out what else in store for the award-winning franchise within the next year or two.
