Black Myth: Wukong stuns audiences with latest Unreal Engine 5 trailer
By Ray Ampoloquio August 20, 2021
Game Science first revealed Black Myth: Wukong back in 2020.
Fans have been waiting for more news about the game ever since.
The initial announcement went viral as the pre-alpha footage of the game that was made in Unreal Engine 4 amazed audiences.
The game quickly made fans out of the 2 million-plus viewers on YouTube that watched the full trailer on its first day alone.
Fast forward to a year later and Black Myth: Wukong looks even more amazing in its latest video.
Black Myth's latest gameplay showcase takes place in an entirely new location from the first one.
The location choice helps show off Black Myth's excellent snow physics.
Unfortunately, Black Myth: Wukong doesn't have a confirmed release date.
Because the latest trailer is a gameplay test, we can assume that this is a very early build.
At this rate, we wouldn't be surprised if Black Myth: Wukong is released in 2024.
However, Game Science did give Black Myth: Wukong a 2023 release window.
With that said, we don't think anyone will mind if Black Myth: Wukong takes so long to release.
What matters is Game Science keeps on showing off Black Myth: Wukong with more trailers.
