Redeeming Pokémon Go codes requires following a few simple steps:

Android

• On the Pokémon Go Map View, tap the Main Menu button.
• Tap on the Shop button.
• Go to the very bottom of the Shop screen to find the Redeem Promo text tab.
• Enter the Pokémon Go promo code
• Tap Redeem.

iPhone, iOS, and desktop

Unlike Android devices, Apple does not have a direct access to the redemption tab directly with the Pokémon Go app. This is due to the App Store guidelines.

The process for redemption of Pokémon Go codes with iPhone and iOS devices, as well as through desktop, requires going to the Niantic Labs website with a browser.

• You will be able to log in either with your Google Account, Facebook Account, or your Niantic Kids credentials.
