Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has two main factions: NATO and Warsaw Pact, each with its own set of Operators. There are currently multiple Operators, including both story and campaign Operators.
The Operators work similarly to Modern Warfare & Warzone Operators. That is, they only serve as cosmetics and do not give any added advantage in-game. They come with unique dialogues, character models, and finishing moves.
We have listed down all the Operators for both factions and how you can unlock them. You can also use these Operators in Warzone as soon as you've unlocked them in Black Ops Cold War.

Unlock by purchasing the "Zeyna Operator Bundle" in the Store or by acquiring a skin for this Operator.
Maxis
Unlock by purchasing the "Maxis Operator Bundle" in the Store or by acquiring a skin for this Operator.
Wolf
Unlock by purchasing the "Wolf Operator Bundle" in the Store or by acquiring a skin for this Operator.
