Fans spot new Mandalorian in latest The Mandalorian Season 3 set video

It appears that at least one other Mandalorian listened to Djin asking for help and he'll join The Mandalorian for Season 3.

The Mandalorian has been one of the biggest draws in Disney+. Even before the latest string of MCU shows hit Disney's streaming platform, the Pedro Pascal-led Star Wars spin-off series was already one of the biggest reasons why fans went and subscribed to the relatively new streaming platform. Now that the show's second season has ended, snippets of the upcoming third season have begun popped online. The latest one, in particular, is generating buzz after fans spotted something interesting.

Fans believe that a different Mandalorian has been spotted in the set photos of The Mandalorian Season 3.

Who is the mysterious character in the leaked The Mandalorian footage?

Disney has confirmed at least two spin-offs after The Mandalorian with more potentially coming in the future.

Earlier this year, we found out that Season 3 of The Mandalorian had already started filming. To tide fans over, Disney released The Mandalorian Season 2 finale special, which featured a behind-the-scenes look at how the showrunners de-aged Mark Hamill to look like his younger self in his cameo appearance. Outside of a new trailer for The Book of Boba Fett, fans haven't heard much of anything related to The Mandalorian lately - until now.

Somehow, a mysterious person was able to record footage and take photos straight from the filming of The Mandalorian Season 3. As you might expect, fans were more than excited to browse through the leaked images. But, there was one character that stood out from the stolen shots.

Now, before anything else, do remember that this is not confirmed information. The images might appear to be from The Mandalorian Season 3, but it might be for another similar project entirely. If it is from the popular Star Wars spin-off series though, the appearance of multiple Mandalorians would make sense. Din Djarin did request help back in Season 2. The appearance of another Mandalorian suggests that others heeded his call and they're now preparing to take back their former home.

Regardless of who the unnamed Mandalorian is, we know for sure that it's not Din Djarin. He can't be Boba Fett either. The character might be an entirely new figure that Season 3 of The Mandalorian will introduce. Hopefully, he's one of the good guys and he'll help Djarin.

Hopefully, Disney starts revealing more of The Mandalorian Season 3 soon. In the meantime, fans can look forward to the aforementioned Boba Fett spin-off show and the Rosario Dawson-led Ahsoka spin-off series, which will see Hayden Christensen reprise his role as Anakin Skywalker.
