Star Wars fans are buzzing with excitement now that the third season of the uber-popular space Western Disney+ series The Mandalorian is underway. However, that's not the only exciting news, as Microsoft is also offering a custom Xbox Series X & S console and controller as a giveaway.
Xbox confirmed the sweepstake on its official Twitter account. All interested contestants stand a chance to win either a black Din Djarin-themed Xbox Series X console or a green-black Grogu-themed Xbox Series S . Both consoles come with a green controller modeled after Baby Yoda and a dust cover modeled after his signature robe.
All fans need to do is simply retweet the promotional post with the hashtag #TheMandalorianXboxSweepstakes before May 11, 8 PM.
Following the 2020 giveaway, where Xbox introduced two Mandalorian limited edition controllers to commemorate the conclusion of Season 2, this will be the second time that an Xbox Mandalorian giveaway will be held. This latest giveaway is just one among several console giveaways with distinct themes from Xbox, including Wonder Woman 1984, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
In the meantime, fans of Star Wars will be pleased to hear that the upcoming game, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, is planned as a part of a trilogy. The game's director, Stig Asmussen, has disclosed that Cal Kestis is expected to make a comeback for the third installment of the game series.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is scheduled to release on April 28 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
