John Wick: Chapter 4 gets new poster to kick off "Wick Week"

Lionsgate's big marketing push for the fourth installment in the John Wick franchise officially starts this week.

"Shark Week" is a week-long TV series on Discovery Channel that heavily features shark-based programming. Lionsgate is putting its twist on the popular annual programming block by swapping out one of the deadliest predators known to man with one of the most lethal hitmen to grace the big screen.

Hands up if you ever thought you'd live to the day that you'd see these three in a single frame.

"Wick Week" is what Lionsgate wants to call the post-Super Bowl marketing push for John Wick: Chapter 4, a little over one month ahead of its explosive release in March. After the 30-second teaser shown at Super Bowl LVII, Wick Week will feature several exclusive content drops for the next John Wick movie over the next five days. The first is an IGN exclusive character poster showing Keanu Reeves' titular character in Paris with the Eiffel Tower serving as the backdrop.

Chad Stahelski will once again return to helm John Wick 4, which will see the so-called "Babayaga" discover a way to take down The High Table. Unfortunately, doing so is much easier said than done. If Wick wants his freedom, he'll have to make new friends and enemies as well as see some of his old colleagues turn on him.

With that said, the latest John Wick: Chapter 4 posted is a teaser for larger things to come on February 17.

John Wick: Chapter 4 will pit Keanu Reeves' titular anti-hero against multiple threats, including Bill Skarsgard's Marquis de Gramont.

According to IGN, its annual Fan Fest event will see Lionsgate drop even more John Wick: Chapter 4 content. In addition to Keanu Reeves' upcoming film, this year's miniature Comic-Con will see a mix of video game and movie content including HBO's The Last of Us, Redfall, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Creed III, and Shazam! Fury of the Gods, among others.

Speaking of Keanu Reeves, the John Wick star recently confirmed that John Wick: Chapter 4 will feature the series' "most action" yet. Finally, fans can look forward to seeing Reeves reprise his role as Johnny Silverhand in the upcoming expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 later this year.
