Xbox racing fans have been waiting on Forza Motorsport ever since it was unveiled. Microsoft announced that the game is rolling out the factory later this year and it looks like we may know when to expect it.

The latest rumor suggests that Forza Motorsport is coming towards the end of the year.

Turn 10 announced earlier this year that it's "preparing Forza Motorsport for release later this year". Many assumed the studio was planning to launch the game around July. A launch in October will only be a slight delay for the massive racing game.
Interestingly, the new rumor comes on the heels of Redfall’s disastrous launch. The game was touted as one of the biggest AAA releases on Xbox this year. Forza Motorsport is expected to be a reboot of the series given that it does not have a number attached to the title. The last entry to the series was 2017’s Forza Motorsport 7.
The upcoming racing game is being touted as a rival to Gran Turismo 7. The racing sim from Xbox is coming with more cars at launch than its PlayStation counterpart. Forza Motorsport will reportedly have over 500 cars at launch, 100 of which are new to the franchise.
