Artifacts in Assassin's Creed: Valhalla are collectible items that can be found in every region. They are acquired through puzzle-solving or even chasing floating papers (more on that below!). Artifacts may include Roman Artifacts, Cursed Areas, Flying Papers, Treasure Hoard Maps, and Rigosur Fragments. This guide will help you find all three of the Artifacts found in the region, Lunden. All of these three Artifacts are Flying Papers.
What Are Flying Papers?
Flying papers are exactly what you think they are. Quite literally, they are flying papers that challenge the player in parkour. These papers are found peppered across England. You just have to approach a Flying Paper floating within a swirl of leaves. The Flying Paper will fly away from you and then you have to chase it.
The Flying Paper follows a route. Once it reaches its finish point, it will stay for a few seconds and go back again to the starting point, restarting its route. You must grab the paper at any point on that route. You can also grab the paper before it resets. Collecting the Flying Paper unlocks a tattoo scheme for the player.
Lunden Artifact #1 - Lundenwic Abbey
This Flying Paper is found on a wooden beam sticking out from Lundenwic Abbey. The route of this Flying Paper begins at the Abbey and ends at the top of the building near the water in the South of Lunden. This is the most difficult Flying Paper to get in Lunden and following its route may cause you a headache. To make your life easier, just jump down and hurry to the chimney where the route ends, you can grab it there immediately.
Getting this Flying Paper will reward you with the Norse Emblem Scheme tattoo design. This tattoo design can be implemented on the player's arms.
Lunden Artifact #2 - North Lunden Ruins
This Flying Paper is found on a tree branch protruding from a ruined wall and overlooking the Bureau. Follow the Flying Paper until it stops on top of a statue's head. Grab it from there.
Getting this Flying Paper will reward you with the Midgard Scheme tattoo design. This tattoo design can be implemented on the player's back.
Lunden Artifact # 3 - Londimunium Amphitheater
This Flying Paper is located at the top of the amphitheater. Follow the paper as it traverses around the walls of the amphitheater. When you reach the hanging scaffolding, you can basically grab it immediately.
Getting this Flying Paper will reward you with the Vestri Wind Scheme tattoo design. This tattoo design can be implemented on the player's head.
