Entertainment 360 drops Jonathan Majors as client

Increasingly, it seems that Jonathan Majors is becoming a persona non grata in certain circles, following his recent allegations of assault.

Well, as the saying goes, 'when it rains, it pours', and right now it's raining hard on Jonathan Majors. In a span of less than a month, the Marvel actor appears to have transformed into a radioactive figure, and brands have now begun to scurry away from him.

According to Deadline, who first reported the story, talent manager Entertainment 360 has severed ties with Majors merely three weeks after the actor was arrested on charges of domestic assault. Although the company has not publicly disclosed the reason behind parting ways with their long-standing client, sources claim that Majors' “personal behavior" is the root cause.

Majors has been experiencing several professional setbacks, with PR agency The Lede Company cutting ties with him last month. Furthermore, the actor will be absent from the upcoming Met Gala 2023, as renowned fashion brand Valentino and Majors have "mutually agreed" that he will not be gracing the red carpet this year. The U.S. Army also pulled all recruitment campaigns that featured the 33-year-old actor.

Majors upcoming film, Magazine Dreams, is scheduled to be released by Searchlight Pictures on December 8.

As the investigation into the assault claims is ongoing, Majors' legal counsel, Priya Chaudhry, has maintained his innocence and revealed that the victim (his partner) has retracted her previous statements to the authorities. Additionally, Chaudhry has made public text messages exchanged between Majors and his partner that bolster her case for his innocence.

Please let me know you’re okay when you get this. They assured me that you won’t be charged. They said they had to arrest you as protocol when they saw the injuries on me and they knew we had a fight. I’m so angry that they did. And I’m sorry you’re in this position. Will make sure nothing happens about this. I told them it was my fault for trying to grab your phone. I only just got out of hospital. Just call me when you’re out. I love you.

Jonathan Majors had been poised to achieve a major breakthrough in his acting career this year, with Creed III and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania collectively amassing an impressive $745 million in box office sales. However, his recent troubles have cast a shadow on his promising career. In fact, a recent rumor suggests that Marvel Studios already has a backup plan for recasting him as Kang the Conqueror if the need arises.

Kang the Conqueror is a Nexus being who can alter the flow of the Universal Time Stream.

As it stands now, it remains to be seen how the situation will progress. Majors will likely be hoping to resolve his issues promptly, especially with his involvement in the upcoming second season of Loki, which is expected to premiere later this year.
