It definitely looks like Disney isn't bringing everyone from Netflix's Marvel TV shows back.

After confirming Jon Bernthal's return as Frank Castle / The Punisher in Daredevil: Born Again, The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that two other prominent cast members aren't joining.
THR notes that both Deborah Ann Woll and Elden Henson, who played Karen Page and Foggy Nelson, respectively, "are not expected to return." Finally, THR drives the point home by saying that Marvel isn't considering neither actor. It isn't clear if Disney will re-cast the characters or write them out of the story.
In the original Netflix series, Karen Page was the secretary of Matt Mardock. She later became an ally and helped him out in his crime-fighting activities. Foggy Nelson is equally indispensable as the best friend of Murdock and a key Daredevil ally. In the comic books, both have close ties to the character, so we're curious how Disney will handle their "departures".
In theory, the Daredevil TV show could take notes from the Spider-Man films of the MCU and reinvent some characters. For example, in the current Spider-Man trilogy, Disney introduced Ned Leeds much earlier in the story as a replacement for the mega-rich Harry Osborne as the childhood best friend of Peter Parker. Mary Jane Watson was also renamed Michelle "MJ" Jones.
Daredevil: Born Again will premiere sometime in 2024 and run for 18 episodes. On top of Bernthal, Charlie Cox, and Vincent D'Onofrio will reprise their respective roles as Matt Murdock/Daredevil and Wilson Fisk/Kingpin. Although word on the grapevine suggests that the Jessica Jones and Luke Cage lead actors are returning.
