Chloe Bennet plays Quake in the Marvel TV series.

Part of being a Hollywood actor is dealing with a constant stream of bashers. Marvel actor Chloe Bennet recently clapped back at a hater and managed to tease her return to the MCU in the process.

It has been a little over two years since Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. ended and fans have been clamoring for one of the main cast to return to the MCU. Chloe Bennet’s return as Quake is one of the most requested by fans. Quake has been a fan-favorite character throughout the series, effectively leading the cast in the later part of the show.

Like any good Marvel actor, Bennet has denied any knowledge of her return. However, the actor hinted at her return after replying to a tweet that mocked her acting skills and doubting her future casting in the MCU.

"Hey man, you seem like a…mean loser?" Bennet tweeted. "Also, I have a strong feeling your tweets aren’t going to age well."

A Twitter user mocked Bennet's acting skills and doubts she will return to the MCU.

The tweet is in response to a Twitter user who said that he cannot see Bennet sharing the screen with other MCU talents Florence Pugh, Hailee Steinfeld, or Samuel L. Jackson.

"I've said this before and will say until I see something to change my mind: I can't imagine Bennet sharing the screen with talent like Florence Pugh, Hailee Steinfeld or Samuel L. Jackson (could keep going)," Twitter user Charles Murphy said. "Just not the same caliber of actress."

While this isn't a direct confirmation that she'll reprise her role as Quake in the MCU, the tweet is the total opposite of her previous statements regarding her return. Not to mention, Marvel doesn't allow actors to reveal any upcoming projects. It isn't clear where Chloe Bennet can reprise her role as Quake. However, Marvel is working on several TV series and movies in the Multiverse Saga that may need an extra superhero.

Quake could be part of Nick Fury's team for Secret Invasion.

One good candidate would be the upcoming Disney+ series Secret Invasion. Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury is set to return in the upcoming TV show and it makes sense that he would recruit a former S.H.I.E.L.D. member to be part of his new team.

Bennet previously denied involvement in Secret Invasion stating that she is "not at all, even a little bit" involved in the series. The actor said this prior to the start of filming for the TV series. She may have been included as a part of the cast at a later date.

Some other projects that Bennet could appear in are The Marvels and Thunderbolts. The Marvels is heavily tied to Secret Invasion and it would be a good film for Quake to appear in. The Thunderbolts is also a great fit as S.H.I.E.L.D. may want to keep an eye out for the superpowered team being assembled by General Thunderbolt Ross.

Wherever Bennet ends up appearing in, fans of the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will surely be happy. More importantly, her return will open up opportunities for other members of the spy agency to make an appearance in the MCU.
