WWE confirm Brock Lesnar vs Bobby Lashley for Crown Jewel

After feuding with Roman Reigns for most of the year, Brock Lesnar now has his eyes set on The All Mighty.

If you've been a WWE fan for a decade or longer, you'll know just how much people wanted a Brock Lesnar vs. Bobby Lashley matchup for years. For some reason, it never happened - until earlier this year.

The Beast Incarnate vs The All Mighty, who do you think shall win?

Unfortunately, the mega bout between The Next Big Thing and The Almighty didn't quite push through as Roman Reigns' interference saw Lesnar chase the Undisputed WWE Champ for the better part of the past year. However, with Reigns busy dealing with Logan Paul, the WWE is finally giving this potential headliner matchup a chance, and, we've got to say, fans are excited.

The Crown Jewel showdown is just the second time that these two behemoths will square off in the ring despite having wrestled on the same promotion for more than a decade. It'll be interesting to see what the outcome will be sans Reigns, who interfered in their previous matchup at this year's Royal Rumble.

Interestingly enough, these hard-hitting heavyweights have legitimate experience in mixed martial arts. Lashley holds a 15-2 record as a professional MMA fighter from 2008 to 2016 and ended up going 5-0 for his career after signing with Bellator MMA. Although Lashley didn't quite win a championship as an MMA fighter, unlike Brock Lesnar, we're pretty sure these two's seismic matchup will be just as much of a draw as the main event.

In the meantime, fans can look forward to seeing Lesnar and Lashley trade tirades on Raw after Lesnar drew first blood last week. The former UFC Heavyweight Champion effectively cost Lashley the United States title.

Brock Lesnar Vs Bobby Lashley Crown Jewel
Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar gave WWE fans a taste of the upcoming matchup after brawling against each other on the October 17 episode of WWE RAW.

This year's Crown Jewel is the WWE's eighth marquee showcase in Saudi Arabia after signing a 10-year partnership with the KSA in 2018. The main event will see Reigns defend his WWE Universal title against Logan Paul.

As we've already mentioned, a second Lesnar vs. Lashley bought should pull in just as many eyes as Reigns vs Logan.
