Apex Legends players have been treated to at least one collection event every season, with the odd chance that there are two if there are any in-game events at the time. These collection events are usually accompanied by a Town Takeover by at least one legend, and that same legend gets their long-awaited heirloom set.
And now that Season 14 is here, the thought in everyone's head is what Heirloom set we will be getting, and which Legend will join the roster of characters that have their own exclusive weapons.
Apex Legends Season 14 collection event theme
While any official information from Respawn and EA seems to be relatively far away, we always have data miners and leaks to rely on when looking for information in terms of in-game events and files. That being said, we have already found out that the files for Season 14's collection event have already been added to the game
Basing our assumptions on information provided by long-term reliable data miner KralRindo and the information-leaker known only as GG Thordan Smash, we already know what the theme of this season's collection event is gearing up to be.

The thread shows that the in-game files for the event are coded as "hunter predator". While this definitely isn't the official name for the event, it makes sense given that this season is already titled Hunted. On the other hand, this information could also be entirely inaccurate, and the files could instead be for the potential Apex Legends X Predator crossover that we have been hearing rumors of.
Thordan also confirms in the same thread that he believes that the event will start on September 20th, 2022, almost six weeks after the initial start of Apex Legends Season 14, Hunted.
Which legend will get an Heirloom in Season 14?
With every collection event, except the first anniversary and third-anniversary collection events, we have received a new mythic item in the game. So, at this point in time, we have 14 heirloom sets in the game, with Valkyrie's Suzaku staff being the latest addition to the heirloom shop.
Obviously, with a new collection event inbound, players have already started speculating on which Apex Legend will receive an heirloom next, with Loba being the most likely candidate. Speculation and ideas have been running rampant about what her heirloom can look like, with the frontrunner being a variation of her Black Market Boutique staff.
Simultaneously to all of this, the lead animator for the game, Moy Parra, has also dropped an image of Loba with her iconic staff, stating that she has "been on my mind lately"
Leaked skins for Apex Legends Season 14 collection event
As well as the name for the game files that were actually data-mined, KralRindo actually also revealed the designs of the skins that we would get to see in the season 14 collection event.
The skins generally seem to follow a dark-ish theme and are once again indicative of a potential Apex Legends X Predator crossover. Check out the skins in the Youtube video below.
The video features skins for the legend, Gibraltar, and weapons including the CAR SMG, Longbow DMR, Hemlok Burst Rifle, and Wingman, along with a few banner frames.
