Commander in Chief, aka C.I.C., is an economic and geopolitical simulator game for PC. Players become the head of State or government (President, Monarch, Prime Minister …) of a country they select, and may control all the following activities: the economy, social issues, the military, government agencies, interior policy, foreign diplomacy, ecology, culture, etc. Every country in the world is featured along with its unique features and data, with more than 400 actual data and figures per country updated as of January 2009. Players have more than 1,000 different actions to perform. For example: legislation, taxes, economic contracts, meetings, military operations, the CIA, appointing government positions…
