I'd say a spartan. I'm pretty sure that if the MARK V armor could survive a fall from orbit down to the surface of Reach with only a few bruises, the MARK VI would allow the spartans to take a hard beating before going down and nailing some Clone Commandos to the ground, yay! The possibility of adding "smart" A.I's to the suits - like Cortana and Deep Winter makes a Spartan an unstoppable hacking/killingmachine. Able to override even the best security systems, and doing calculations for leading shots/thrown grenades/timing in use of equipment. Also, the spartans move and react alot faster then the Clones seems to do, and I'd say the spartans would win anyday.  ... But that's just because im a fan.

The Commandos are better off taking on ODST or Elites or Brutes than Spartans. One cuz of the Mjolnir Armor has much better shielding. Also You seem to forget Spartans are on proformance enhancing drugs and agumentations that highten their reaction time and strenth agility look at the Halo wars cut scene where a Spartan gracefully jumps over an Elite while shooting it down. Commandos are just Trained by Elite drill Sergeants and bred to be more dependant on their team and more creative in planning attacks. People think Commandos have a chance because If you compare the two they are the practically the same size in their armor as a Spartan II. So I will have to say Spartan IIs cuz of the statistics. I would rather see a Poll with Commandos vs ODST.

It depends on if they have armour and weapons or not. All weapons/armours allowed Commando uses EC detonator. Spartan recovers and charges (last time I checked spartans are unrealistically uber) Commando ejects vibroblade at last second. Of course to be neutral spartans wouldn't be stupid enough to charge-fail. |

| A lot of you aren't taking into consideration that we aren't talking about regular clones. Talking about commandos (Check out Star Wars: Republic Commando to see what I'm talking about). I think commandos would win. | ||

yep XD head first into a wrist blade but i think the clones would win i mean they cloned from a bounty hunter, thousanrds a classes (scout, demo, ARC, commando, sniper e.t.c ) lots of weps and one spartan verses 500,000 clones *cough cloneswouldpwnhim cough* |

Uh-nuh. Spartans are put down in 2 groups of five normally, sometimes 3.  The reason that master chief is alone, is because most of the others now exist as molten glass.
