Forming a Z11 Scrim Team
Announcing the formation of an official Z11 scrim team. We are going to be looking for some of the best players in the game of halo to join. I am relaxing some of our rules for this scrim team only - like the double clan rule will not apply to the scrim team members. Only serious players need apply. You MUST play halo at least 30 hours a week, be a NON Asshole to others, and like to scrim other clans. I'm trying to get away from the way we do it now... you know, "hey, let's see who shows up Sunday for the scrim" etc. Z11 needs a clan we can all be proud of and one that can compete with the best. Miscellaneous/Reminders
It would be very helpful for all of us if everyone who is playing halo, go on xfire. So at least we know who is online and available to play should there be a scrim or tryout.
Please limit the use of alias names, we would like to spread the name of Z11 clan.
Its not mandatory to get new recruits. But please, if you see anyone that seems like they have potential, ask for their xfire and tell one of the admins about it, we will talk to them. All we ask is for their xfire. For those that are allowed to give the 1st tryout (you know who you are), go ahead and do it if you want.
Please put the servers back to standard after you guys are through using them. put maxplayers back to normal, take off passwords, set game to sv_mapcycle_begin, or sv_map bloodgulch zapsctf
PLEASE REMEMBER AND RESPECT THE CREDO. Keep the Z11 name and reputation up high.

Meetings
I want to propose that we have meetings again. I need suggestions about best times and dates from you guys. One of my ideas is to have non-mandatory meetings. Not too many things are said in meetings anyway. They will be used to let everyone know about new Z11/zii members, those who have left, upcoming scrims, scrim results, server updates,and other clan related subjects. Another idea is to only have a certain amount of CHOSEN people to come to the meetings and charge them with the responsibility of spreading the news to the others.

I have set up new options for the different ranks here on the xfire site. I'm not trying to belittle anyone so I've set it up in way that just separates the older members from the newer ones - not meaning age of the person, but older in the clan - how long he/she has stayed in it. I also separated Z11 and zii. I did this so that Z11 and zii can be more active on this website. I want everyone to see up coming events and actively read the news. That means not only reading it, but replying, following what it says, etc.

We have been "pruning" members from Z11 and zii who are in other clans. Z11 has a NO "double clanning" rule. It's ok as long as it's for another game like star wars, etc. Or if it's for another version such as 1.04. If you are in another clan and it shows up on your xfire, you will be removed unless it's obvious that you are playing another version.
Also, we are now requiring that you WEAR YOUR TAGS and that your tags are on your name in xfire as well. If you find that you are removed from our xfire rolls, it is most likely because you don't have zii or Z11 tags on your name. If you do get removed - please add the tags and re-apply and I'll let you back in.

Z11 Gathering on Every Wednesday Night!!!!!
Gathering Nights for Z11 are Wednesday nights starting at 8 pm central at 9 P.M. CENTRAL (6 P.M. PACIFIC or 9 P.M. EASTERN)- from 8pm on every Wednesday night.
We need to have everyone online every Wednesday Night - let's all plan to be there! We'll just call it "Gathering Night." Let's meet up and play, do some team scrims, maybe scrim some other clans, etc.
