I made a major change to the xfire groups. I decided that it is more necessary to have each person in their groups (Leet, GFX, etc.). Therefore, I am going to make those groups and place everyone in their respected places....

The 3xSpecial rule is NOT banable. I have seen several admins warn for it and it is wrong to do so. 3xFrag is banable.
