ok ok where to begin, well we're starting fresh, all news posts before this you may ignore, they no longer apply (except rules and regulations of course)
a couple other things, we aren't strictly halo like before, the games on the front page are only a few. anything you play with 5 other people can go on the front page, just let us know ^^
right now slickace is working on a new ranking system, which goes from highest to lowest as follows with some explaination of the rank
inner circle : top 3 leaders, this will not change but we're pretty much overlords
Executor : you probably run an in-game faction at this point (explained below) or you are about to run one, either that or you were voted to promotion by other members (also explained below)
Guardian : if your a high-up or just a good guy this is where you'll be, that or again vote promotion
outer circle : new recruit? well here you go, nothing more needs to be said
forums are open to everyone, if you find a new game that you like and think others might, share it with us, it might hit front page before you know it
also games that support in-game factions (clans, guilds etc.) will be lead by seprate people. I will personally run the faction on PWI, and as people join in or start playing different gamesthat support such things leadership will be decided before it is made. if you already have one of these then please let us know, you will be in charge of running everything to do with that game. the reason we're doing this is so one person doesn't have to organize every single event for every single game, but if help is needed do not hesitate to ask anyone in the inner circle.
vote promotions are easy if you can read math. so here's the equation if you wanna kinda try it:
X/Y > 1
X is the number of votes you have, but Y is equal to half (rounded down) of the "outer circle" ranked people. if you can get a majority of votes then you're good, obviously you know what your doing, or you were able to talk enough people into it. but for this to work there has to be a certain number of outer circle members, right now i would guesstimate about 10, more or less it'll change as we go.
