The Rebellion
Hi there!
First - a quick intro - I'm string from Jesus Lives ( http://teamjl.net ), a Christian gaming team I started a while back.
I'm writing this post to share something new I'm working on for which I need your help and participation. I started TeamJL with the hope of (1) being a good competitive Christian gaming team in the Call of Duty world, as well as with the goal of (2) spreading our hope in Jesus. While we hit objective (1) reasonably well, we definitely slacked off on the other core objective, spreading the hope we had in Jesus.
As I was brainstorming ways we could start meeting this goal, I realized that this would be something that would be beneficial for all gamers in general, among the different communities we game in.
The idea is a united movement of gamers from different teams and communities coming together with the goal of sharing our hope in Jesus.
I'm calling it the Rebellion - a gamer rebellion against slavery, oppression, and religion. We're tired of wasting our...

I am here to tell you about a Free-for-All (FFA) Call of Duty 4 (COD4) tournament we will be hosting on our server from March 8th through March 12th. Over these 5 days, players will be competing for a copy of the soon to be released Battlefield Bad Company 2. If you or your friends are interested in the game, this is your chance win a copy for free.
Location and Format:
- Free-for-All games will be played from 8 PM to 10 PM EST on the Keystone Corps COD4 server each night, Monday, March 8th through Friday, March 12th.

Gamers For a Cure is hosting a Cancer benefit tournament Jan 16, 17!!! The GFAC is a conglomeration of gamers looking to make a difference in the lives of cancer patients and there families. ::]CFC[:: Is proudly hosting the Medal of Honor and Call of Duty portions of this tournament. The COD4 portion of the tournament will be teams of 4 players, each team will choose a map and game type. A tie will be decided on crossfire TDM. Each participant must donate $5 to play in the tournament. 100% of donations will go straight to CURE childhood cancer, a non-profit origination dedicated to eradicating childhood cancer thru research, education and support of patients and families. This is not just another tournament so you can have something to do to get you through the day, this is so you can make a difference in your community by easing the burden of those who are plagued with this horrible disease.
