The Tactical Leaders Community |TL| is a group of dedicated online gamers that follow standard tactical realism rules. We are currently playing Call of Duty 4, but we also play a variety of other games as well, such as COD2, GRAW2, and Rainbow 6: Vegas, and Armed Assault. We are dedicated to teamwork, communication and competitive tactical game play. Our community is run by the members themselves; there is no rank structure here. We all hold equal ownership, enhancing the community aspect of the game. All issues relating to the community, the server, and the charities we donate to are voted on by the members.

First Public release of TRM
Tactical Leaders are proud to release our first public release of TRM.
This release is due to the amount of requests for the mod and a new version will be released during end of next week with more features.

TR Leagues and Ladders
We have been working our butts off over the last year trying to get some of the more established competitive leagues to support Tactical Realism. Their answers are always the same,if you make us a mod that supports the TR communities rules, and you can get us the teams, we would be happy to setup a TR ladder. Well now that time has come and we are hitting all those people up trying to get them to support a competitive Tactical Realism league. Currently we have TGL (tacticalgamersleague.com) onboard. They are opening a Tactical Realism S&D ladder in the next couple of weeks, so teams can sign up now. Also we are working with OGL and TWL to get them to open a TR league as well. Once we can get those leagues up and running with the idea of supporting the TR community and can show some success, our plan is to go after CAL and hopefully someday the CPL's. How cool would it be for the TR teams out there to be able to compete for big money prizes?

TRM 1.4
I`m happy to announce that our mod is finally live and true TR fans should come check us out. TRM (Tactical Realism Mod 1.3) is finally running on our pub server.

-All TR rules are embedded into the mod (shooting without sights doesn't do damage, cant jump shoot, nades will be disabled for the first 20 seconds, etc..) No more warnings, kicks or bans for not following our rules Smiley
-UAV's Helo's and airstrikes are turned off
-No 203's, RPG's or p90's (p90 will be back once our weapons mod is complete)
-You can bandage and bandage teammates
-guns jam
-you can shoot guns out of peoples hands
-enemy tags are off
These are just some of the features TRM provides so far. We have a few bugs we are working out, but right now it is running pretty stable. Come join the server and check it out, and stop by our forums to offer feedback and ideas for future releases. The mod isn't public yet, but once all the parts are ready, we will release it to the...
